Philadelphia Stand Down is a 501C-3 non-profit volunteer organization formed to provide assistance to homeless veterans.
At our Stand Down event, participants are required to avail themselves of the services offered and in return they are provided with food, clothing and shelter.
Our goal is to put ourselves out of business by eliminating the existence of homelessness for veterans and their families.
Since we rely on the generosity of others to continue our mission, we welcome any donations regardless of the amount. Volunteers are also needed to help with our event. While we try to honor the requests of volunteers to work in a specific area, you may be assigned to other areas where there is a greater need. We ask for your cooperation in this matter and thank you for your understanding.
